Policy

A B&B is a private residence that offers Bed and Breakfast (included in the room price) to its guest who can enjoy part of the residence itself. A B&B is not a hotel, therefore the guests should comply with the B&B’s rules for a happy and serene house-sharing. Act as you would like your guests to act in your home!

Pets

Daiane and Mirò, two Belgian shepherd, will be happy to greet your four-legged friends from their pen. Guests with pets shall:
- advise the B&B about the pet when making the reservation
- specify the pet race
- bring the pet’s vaccination record
- be insured for any damages caused by their pet to animals, people and/or things
- bring their own poop scoop or buy one at Mirabilia’s

In addition:
- our four-legged friends must be friendly and behave well
- we cannot accept two pets at a time
- no females in heat
- there will be a room overcharge of € 15.00 for cleaning purposes

Hours

check-in after 3:00 p.m.
breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00, but we’ll try to meet with different requests if possible
check-out by 11:00 a.m.
rooms and bathrooms will be cleaned between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
please do not speak in a loud voice or make any noise between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. since other guests might be sleeping

Dont's

- no smoking in the room. You may smoke in the garden without throwing your cigarette butts on the ground (please ask for an ashtray)
- no cooking or eating in the room
- do not wash laundry or hang out your washing to dry in the room
- do not remove pillows or bath towels from the room
- no candles or incense
- no alcohol or drugs, otherwise the police will be notified
- no physical or verbal abuse will be tolerate

Parking

You can park your car in a little parking spot outside the B&B. The owner is not responsible for damages or thefts - bikes and bicycles can be parked in the garage

Miscellaneous

- turn off all the lights and any electrical appliances when leaving the room
- please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or bathroom whether they are fortuitous, intentional or due to negligence and will be charged for the repair or replacement costs
